Job Responsibilities of Home Health Registered Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (RN/LVN):

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients’ health needs
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Documenting all patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner
• Report changes in a patient’s condition promptly and appropriately to the physician/appropriate individual.
• Must be flexible and have the ability to adapt to changes in a work environment.
• Must be comfortable in an in-home setting.
• Spanish-speaking is preferred.

Required Education: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
Required license or certification:

• Licensure: RN or LVN
• Current BLS License
• Home Health experience is a plus
• Oasis charting knowledge
• Home Health software knowledge is a plus
