You must include your full name on the form, along with the first name, last name, and email address of the person you are referring. The person you are referring must be a licensed nurse in the state of California or Florida. They must not already be in NurseRegistry’s database. The referred nurse will receive an informational email when you submit the referral form on this page. They must complete the sign up process and work 3 shifts with NurseRegistry in order for you to be eligible for the referral bonus.
